6 Claret Court House was recently completed and you can admire some Special Cabinetry Projects.
This particular project was with a custom home builder that we work with on a regular basis– they bring in their own designer who came up with the design concepts, materials and paint colours used. The scale of this project was fairly large and the timelines vary because of the scope.
For instance we were at the house to take preliminary measurements in early Feb (the house was framed and we were measuring stud to stud). We had preliminary drawings done based on our measurements, so that the design concepts can be approved. We have to go back when the walls have been drywalled and once the floors are in and complete we can begin to deliver and install the cabinetry– and this timeline really depends on the client and how quickly they approve the drawings and how their end of the installation process is going. (Drawings can take up to 2 weeks to complete, depending on complexity, and cabinet production time is AT
LEAST 6 weeks, and only started when the drawings have been approved by the client).
Following is the break-down of each individual project room by room.
